All Account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. mywin7 does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User to their Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mywin7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malicious code, or that any specific outcome will result from participation in any game or betting market. Users access the Platform at their own risk.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting mywin7 Customer Support. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in accordance with the standard terms. Any outstanding Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.
mywin7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, breached any provision of these Terms, failed to pass KYC verification, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Company.
Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach, mywin7 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, where the breach is substantiated, to forfeit such Balance.
